This was good! I made a few changes: Added a tbsp each of ketchup and hot sauce, added extra Worcestershire, used cheddar instead of Swiss, and most importantly shaped into a loaf on a baking pan covered with parchment. Baked at 350 for 50 minutes. Turned out very moist. Didn’t add the sauce.
Thank you for a good base recipe 🙂

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1/2 medium bell pepper, red

Sauce
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
